Oh, my

Oh

Earlier today I was at my usual Monday tennis game at Jonathan’s Landing.

Gail was waiting for me there, because she wanted to talk needlepoint with me about something she’s working on.

We started talking after the match, and Gail mentioned that a wonderful framed needlepoint piece was in the hallway entrance where there is often art work exhibited.

So we went to take a look.

Wow!

What a truly gorgeous piece of stitching.

It was done by Matilda Hartmann, who often — I am told — brings different canvases for display to brighten up the lobby of the Tennis/Fitness Center.

This is a truly exquisite piece with many hues of brightly-colored threads.

I certainly look forward to seeing Matilda at Needlepoint Land one of these days!
